Country Kids is a car free, gated and fenced child friendly environment with toy packed bedrooms, heaps of on-site activities and supervised child focussed meal times, all allowing your kids to experience a new kind of freedom on holiday.

It’s non-stop for them on site with a petting farm, huge heated swimming pool and plenty of amenities and games freely available. All spread across acres of lush green fenced countryside for endless games of hide and seek with new best friends till sundown.

Here at Country Kids, much more than a child friendly holidays in south of France, our Award-winning childcare includes a creche welcoming babies from 3 months old and upwards.

Babies are not known for sticking to schedules. We understand that. We work on a drop-in, drop-off basis. That means no booking required, giving you the flexibility, you need for a truly stress-free holiday.

Our Creche is looked after by our experienced and dedicated English-speaking team. We adapt our staffing numbers according to the number and ages of children we have in our care each week. We follow and often exceed British childcare ratios, which require at least one minder for three infants under the age of two. So, rest assured, your baby will be in the best of hands with qualified staff.

We are well aware what a luxury is to be able to leave your infants with loving childcare staff, trusting they are safe and happy. We run a fairly intimate resort over a small footprint. We can ensure that you can leave your little ones in our Creche, safe in the knowledge that we can come and find you easily if needs be. Giving you some piece of mind and time to enjoy that lazy day by the pool.

Country Kids Crèche has all the necessary amenities (changing area, separate sleep room, teeny tiny toilets etc….), as well as a soft play, ball pond, fenced garden area, rooms full of interactive toys and an imaginative schedule full of engaging and socialising in-door and outdoor activities.

We welcome kids up to 12 years old, on a drop-in, drop-off basis. That means no booking required. Giving you the flexibility, you need for a truly stress-free holiday and that much needed couples time you’ve been looking forward to. While in the knowledge the kids are safe, happy and of course busy!

Firm friendships quickly develop at Country Kids. There’s a great team spirit. As you know, all kids are different, so we try to adapt to each child. Our experienced english speaking team adapt groups and activities each week to ensure that everybody is having as much fun as possible and will not want to leave their new besties to go find Mum and Dad.

Our team has cooked up all kinds of country-style activities: hiking and exciting assault courses at our hidden ‘Clairière’, intriguing bug hunts, arts and crafts, making dream-catchers in the forest, pool game, crazy fairy-tale dressing-up, creative gardening, making boats, kite flying, grooming our sweet Apache and his donkey friends at our farm in the forest, dance, gymnastics, organising the CK fair and SO much more.

Developing taste is also very important and being French we believe that more than most! Baking and Pizza making is very popular with the children.

Discovering local delights and enjoying easy family favorites is an important balance for keeping everyone happy when away from home. That’s why here at Country Kids, there’s always something tasty on the menu.

Let’s start with the moment you get here. On Saturday evening, a pre ordered family meal is waiting for you in your fridge along with some other essentials and a welcome basket chocked full of goodies to ensure that kids hungry tums can be filled straight away when you get here if needed.

We receive a delivery of freshly baked baguettes and french pastries, including mini pain au chocolat for the little ones. These are available during our ‘A La Carte’ season from our shop and from the breakfast buffet during our ‘Absolutely Everything Included’ season. Free hot chocolates and Babycino’s comes standard at all times of the year.

Whatever time of year you come, on Sunday, we supply the kids’ lunch while you enjoy a long lazy kid free meal under the shade of the plain trees.

Our Shop is stocked with fruit, healthy snacks and sweat treats for kids of all ages to satisfy all needs and regimes. Our on-site Chef and kitchen team prepare fresh purees and child size-portions of hearty family faves, which are also available from a freezer in the shop whenever you need them. Along with the fresh and dry food available, there’s always something to help you rustle up a perfect family meal. That is of course, if you want to cook.

During our ‘Absolutely Everything Included’ season, our Creche and Kids Club teams take care of lunch times and serve up dinner to the kids as a group together. During our ‘A La Carte’ season you can pick and choose if your kids eat with us at lunch and can even have their dinner delivered to your place in the evening.

A daily tea-time is also provided all year round. It’s for the whole family of course, but kids sandwiches and tasty cakes go quickly while everyone catches up together over a cuppa.

Any dietary requirements and restrictions are taken into account at all meal times. Our experienced staff ensure that everyone has a varied and healthy diet whilst in our care.

During our Absolutely Everything Included’ season, there are no restrictions on ice creams, drinks, snacks etc… everything is included. The only person who can say no is you, and us if you ask us too!

The short ride through the beautiful French countryside takes you to one of our fields and an old patch of oak trees, banked by a dry-stone wall of limestone. The natural contours of this area made it ideal for our low impact eco farm. It’s been created to be more in keeping with nature and the ethos of Country Kids. This isn’t just any petting farm; this is our Farm in the Forest.

So as well helping Farmer Syl feed the pigs, goats, rabbits and chickens, there are opportunities to immerse yourselves in the nature and learn about the nature all around.

We’ve created a safe and nurturing petting farm that welcomes little ones to learn all about the animals while interacting with them. There’s nothing like watching your toddlers smile while they gather eggs from the chicken coop or having a goat eating from their hands for the first time. Firm friendships are made with our furry and feathery friends.

Your kids can learn about responsible food waste by saving uneaten food from your family meals in the supplied buckets. Kids leap out of bed every morning ready to jump back on board that tractor, buckets in hand, ready to feed their new best friends.

We like to give the animals as much freedom as possible (they have more roaming space than us) so we may get different visitors every day. But one thing is for sure, our friendly old horse Apache and his donkey entourage will be there waiting for the kids every day for their breakfast.

Our farm is one of our most treasured areas here at Country Kids. Kids love it, as well as many Mums and Dads. Oh did, we forget to mention, everybody gets a chance to drive the tractor in the morning too. Well, almost everybody, not Mums or Dads!
